my stay was fantastic as the room was very clean and comfortable. The convenient location meant I could easily stroll to Chafford Gorges Nature Park and the nearby Intu Lakeside for both nature and shopping without any hassle, making it a perfect spot for a solo weekend adventure. however, the food options were just okay.

Stayed one night with a broken shower door and a difficult keycard, but the tv kept me entertained and the location was pretty quiet. Not what I expected from the photos.

the hotel is in a great spot for visitin friends n family which is awesome. rooms are dog friendly, so that was a big plus for us. staff were super professional n really friendly too. breakfast was really good, made our mornings nice. overall, we had a good time stayin there!

the rooms could be a bit small and we felt a bit cramped sometimes. also, the shower door didn't fit right, so water leaked all over the floor.

Honestly, wasn’t expecting much but the stay was alright. Check-in was smooth and the staff were chill. The room had a funky sewage smell, though, and the carpet was kinda gross. On the bright side, the shower pressure was top-notch, and I loved the bar area to grab a drink. Definitely not the cleanest spot, but it worked for a quick stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights and the room was pretty great. Super comfy bed and the bathroom had all the essentials. I even liked the bar area for a quick drink after my day out. The only issue was a damp smell when entering since I discovered water dripping from above in the morning. Not ideal!

The Ibis has a welcoming atmosphere, with stylish decor that feels comforting, especially the bar area where one can unwind after a long day. The accessible rooms make it very easy for seniors to move about comfortably.

The location is conveniently close to the M25, making it easy to hop on the road. The room features a decent layout for a couple, although the space felt quite limited.

Walking into the room, I was greeted with a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and cannabis that didn’t exactly set a welcoming tone. The floor had residual talcum powder from previous guests, which felt unkempt. The TV remote was broken, complicating my evening plans since I had to rely on a sleep timer just to turn off the TV. The room, though cozy, could barely fit the double bed, which made for an uncomfortable stay. the kettle didn’t work, and not having a phone in the room to reach reception was a hassle. Initially, I had to clarify my reservation at the desk, which felt off. these inconveniences certainly colored the experience.
